**20 DAY DIET PLAN FEEDBACK!**
I really enjoyed the 20 days and they made me more aware of what was going into my mouth and also the amount of movement I was getting into my day !!! I did find that the inches and lbs didn’t matter to me as much as the energy and clarity that I felt !!! No afternoon sluggishness which was massive for me ! I lost 2 inch off my hips and 1 off my tummy rest remained same ! And 3lb in weight !!! Thks so much for the last 20 days

I found that the eating plan was very clear and easy to follow and had a wonderful variety of recipes that would cater for everyone. I also loved the emphasis on excerise and hydration.
Really loved the group aspect and having freedom to choose your own menu
I really enjoyed taking part in the challenge. My initial expectation was that this was mainly a weight loss journey. However I got so much more from the plan. I found that my interest in cooking and eating nutritious food was actually my biggest learning. I am moving away from convenience food and making better choices for my overall health. As a single mum of two young children who had slipped into a rut of bad eating habits I needed something to get me motivated into eating healthier and losing weight. This plan opened a whole new perspective to me, different foods, new ways to cook and eat. I feel healthier from the inside, have more energy during the day, am sleeping better at night and have lost an incredible amount of weight in just 20 days.
