I want to have plenty of time to get familiar with your medical history & current health issues, medications & diet – this enables me to prepare in advance & put our time together to good use. 

You’ll get more out of the session if you have fully completed the diet diary(meal timings/brands used etc) & also provided me with your recent GP blood results in advance.

It’s also a good idea to bring along any medications or supplements & or foods you’d like to show me during the session e.g. brands you currently use etc.. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE CALL? 

If you’d like to make notes in addition to the protocol I give you, then please have a notepad and pen handy. I will also follow up with any of the resources & contacts we discuss our session. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

I kindly request payment in advance of our session – there are a couple of options how to do this: 
1. PayPal – I can send you an invoice/payment request. You dont need a paypal account to pay with PayPal – you can pay with your credit card
2. Revolut – This is a good option as there are no fees involved + its instant! Let me know in advance if you would like to pay by Revolut – you just need my phone number to send money!
3. SumUp – I can send you an invoice which you can pay using your creditcard

HOW WILL THE SESSION BE STRUCTURED? 

1.Firstly, we’ll get clear on your goals, what you are currently struggling with most – health wise – what you would like to tackle first.

2. Together we will create realistic expectations with a defined timeline to work on these. This will result in setting some goals to track

3. We’ll explore the different strategies you could use to achieve your goals & discuss methods to help you stay on track.

4. We will discuss what obstacles you might face as you try to implement your new health focused action plan – and how you will deal with them?

5. I will go through some of the details of the protocol I have prepared for you (a copy of this will be e-mailed on to you afterwards) & also discuss some of the recomended recipes.

6. I will go through any supplements I reccomend & where to get these.

7. Throughout the session, you will be able to ask me any questions & discuss any concerns. If you already have questions in mind, please email them to me in advance, so I can schedule time in our session to address these.

WILL THE SESSION BE RECORDED? 

Yes – you’ll be sent the recording 24-48 hours after the session (if not sooner).

CAN I BRING A FAMILY MEMBER? 

My 1-2-1 nutrition consultations are just that… 1-2-1… as it is very personal to you. However, I appreciate that if you have a family member or friend that will be instrumental in you improving your health, you may wish to invite them to sit in on the call as an observer. 

IS IT OK IF I HAVE MY BABY/CHILDREN WITH ME?

Lovely as they are, babies and children are distracting. You won’t get the most out of the session if your attention is being diverted elsewhere…so please organize childcare for the duration of the call.
