Each week we will meet for a LIVE online group discussion. These are interactive sessions - a chance to discuss that weeks content & ask questions. Each week we will cover a new topic from Gut Health, to Heart Health to Detoxification & Liver Support..All the content is supported with training slides, recipes & a selection of resources...
You will get 30 years of experience & qualified advice specific to women in this life stage. I know what works & what doesn’t. I understand the importance of specific nutrients for menopause. I have designed the program to keep you accountable. At the end of each module, there is a short Quiz for you to complete before moving on. We also have additional accountability included ie mini challenges etc..
You will receive your recipe booklet in advance, which will form part of your plan to reach your goals.
In addition there will be some new content every week including tips & ways to form healthy habits + some helpful product recommendations...
The private WhatsApp chat group is just one of the bonuses of the group! This is where you can ask me any questions & have ongoing access to me – your virtual nutritionist! Previous participants have loved this feature of the Program..
Every week new content will drop into the members area for you to review before our Live sessions. This gives you the opportunity to go through the training slides & familiarise yourself with the content. This makes our weekly live sessions more beneficial & interactive as you can ask me questions in real time & also discuss any challenges.
Once you enroll, you will get access to the Members Area where you will find all the content for the program. This content is released weekly so that you can focus on each weeks content & progress without overwhelm. You have access to all this for a full 12 months after you complete the Program too!

We start with a pre-week on Wednesday 6th September to get set up & prepared. You will be added to the Meno-Morphosis Chat Group and given access to the member’s area to view the resources.
The first training is on Wednesday 13th September
Weekly live training over Zoom which is recorded & uploaded within 24 hours to the Members Area of my website for those that can’t attend live.
