  • 1 x-large handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 small bunch of fresh mint
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 limes (zest & juice)
  • 100ml of organic soya milk
  • 200g of frozen mango (3/4 to 1 whole mango)
  • 1/2 Papaya (seeds removed)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla plant protein


  • blueberries
  • cacao nibs
  • goji berries
  • chia seeds


  1. Frozen mango adds a chilled creaminess to your smoothies which is really nice but don’t worry if you don’t have any frozen, just proceed w/ regular room temperature mango!
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender & blitz on high until all have been broken down & smooth.
  3. This is a great breakfast smoothie & should be enjoyed *straight away!
    *It will keep in the fridge in a glass airtight container – consume within 24 hours for optimum nutrient benefit.
  4. Feel free to customise your own glow bowl, adding seasonal ingredients or whatever you have in stock!
