Apple Doughnuts



These are super quick to prepare & look really pretty too!
These would work perfectly in a child’s lunch box or for a grown up, as a handy mid-morning / mid-afternoon snack!

The combination of the protein & good fats in the almond butter combined with the fibre in the apple (pectin) provides the perfect snack food that will balance your blood sugars & keep you full for longer!



  • 1 Organic Pink Lady Apple – cored
  • 1 Tbsp of desiccated coconut
  • 1 Tbsp of goji berries


  • Carefully core the apple removing all traces of the core & seeds
  • Slice vertically so you end up with apple doughnut rings
  • Spread almond butter on top with a teaspoon
  • Sprinkle with desiccated coconut & goji berries
