Carrot Beetroot Ginger and Apple Juice



Beetroot is an excellent source of folic acid, fiber & potassium. Beetroot is a powerful stimulant for the liver's detoxification process. 

The rich purple-crimson colour (betacyanin) is a powerful cancer-fighting agent. It has been shown to have a favorable effect on bowel function & cholesterol levels too.

Ginger contains very potent anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols. Gingerols inhibit the formation of inflammatory cytokines, in turn, reducing inflammation in the body.

Clinical studies have shown its efficacy in treating Rheumatoid Arthritis including pain relief & improved joint mobility. Ginger also has a long tradition of alleviating symptoms of gastrointestinal distress particularly motion sickness (sea sickness) but also morning sickness. 



  • 1 apple

  • 3 Carrots
  • 1-2cm Peeled Ginger
  • 2-3 Beetroots


No need to peel anything, just slice all the ingredients in long thin strips to suit the shape of your juicer chute. Juice is best prepared just before drinking to preserve the active enzymes & get the benefit of these.
Alternatively, you can juice in the evening & store in a dark glass bottle or metal flask. Keep it in the fridge overnight, ready to enjoy first thing in the morning! 
Retain the pulp - it can be used to make breakfast muffins!
