I would highly recommend this prep along with Rachel course. It is super organised. Every moment of it Rachel is either teaching and demonstrating the cooking skills or sharing her very valuable tips that she had gained over her many years of experience.
I Learned about organising my kitchen presses, to freezer tips to having wonderful healthy recipes which I cooked along with Rachel that I know now are very tasty and really worth cooking.
Three mornings well spent.
