A One Day Yoga & Nutrition Event dedicated to the Menopause. This is a practical, aswell as educational event, focused on equipping you with evidence based information to successfully navigate the menopause!

Here's the iteneary for the day:

10 am Welcome & Introductions
10:30 Yoga Flow with Eileen
11:30 Refreshments
11:45 Info Talk: Menopause - The Facts
Rachel will host a comprehensive talk all about the Menopause -
the stages, the symptoms & the treatment. She will discuss all of
your important Nutritional needs for this life stage, aswell as some
info on H.R.T and all natural supplements with time for Q&A
1:30 Sit Down Lunch:
We will share a delicious healthy lunch together, enjoying many of
the foods reccomended in the talk. All the recipes from the day
will be emailed to the attendees afterwards.
2:45 Meditation Session
3:15 Coffee/Tea
4 pm Head Home with Goody Bag!


The Yoga, Nutrition & Activities:

• Eileen will be on hand to help you to relax with several guided meditation classes followed by restorative yoga sessions & outdoor activities.

• Rachel will give a talk about how nutrition will help you get through the menopause! & answer any nutrition questions you may have.

My name is Rachel Graham. I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist & Medicinal Chef. I have over 25 years' experience in the food business & I lecture at The College of Naturopathic Medicine - Natural Chef Course - in Dublin.
